Ese in Wonderland

Ace & the Harmony presents an evocative journey through the mind of emerging conceptual artist Eric Marquez, originally from Los Angeles and now based in Malmö. In his debut exhibition, "Ese in Wonderland," Eric delves into the vibrant adventures of his childhood memories growing up in LA. Through a series of compelling paintings, he explores the innocence, wonder, and complexity of navigating his past. These works, rich with color and narrative, invite viewers to experience a deeply personal yet universally relatable story of youth and nostalgia. Ace & the Harmony is also excited to feature the works of two fellow Latino artists and close friends of Eric, Taioba and Natasha. Taioba (Brazil), brings a unique touch with his abstract scriptures, blending the spiritual and the surreal. His work challenges perceptions and encourages deep reflection. Natasha (Mexico City), on the other hand, will present her exquisite handmade jewelry, each piece a testament to her meticulous craftsmanship and artistic vision. Together, these three artists create a diverse and dynamic dialogue, celebrating their shared Latino heritage and individual expressions.
